Molteno Self-Catering Guest Cottage is located in a cul-de-sac and quiet position in the up-market leafy Cape Town suburb of Claremont.  The cottage enjoys its own private shaded patio with barbeque. The accommodation consists of a spacious open plan sitting room / kitchen and dining area with a separate large bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and heated towel rails. There is under floor heating throughout for cozy winter stays.

This large and spacious self-catering Claremont Cottage is independent to the old thatched homestead and privately situated in a beautiful, treed garden with pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge with a recessed dining area looking across the garden through large glassed bay windows. The property is very secure and the guest cottage has a small valuables safe and is fitted with a security alarm.  Guests have their own automated off-street garaged parking and private entrance.  The cottage is serviced daily, including laundry (except Sundays) to ensure a relaxing stay. A warm welcome at Molteno Cottage includes fresh cut flowers and a well stocked fridge for your arrival.  Airport collections by arrangement.

Claremont, Cape Town is centrally situated to all major tourist attractions: Cavendish Square Premier shopping centre, excellent restaurants in Claremont and other parts of the Southern Suburbs, Newland’s Cricket and Rugby Stadiums, Golf Courses, and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are all within 5 minutes drive. Main beaches, the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Cape Town CBD, Cape Town International Airport and the Constantia and other wine routes are also within easy reach. We are ideally located for the Cape Fertility Clinic, Kingsbury and Claremont Hospitals and surrounding medical facilities.
