Keurboom Cottage in
Newlands, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests on a
self-catering basis. Two double bedrooms: one with queen-size
double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, the other with
twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. All linen is 100% cotton and
the beds have down duvets.

This charming cottage
is fully equipped for self-catering and is located in a security
village next to a small shopping centre with a Woolworths Food
Store and a variety of other smaller shops. The kitchen / living
area is open-plan and has DSTV. There is a private garden with a
barbecue facility. Convenient for both business and leisure
travellers, access to the complex is through remote controlled
entrance gates. Parking is secure, the cottage is fitted with an
alarm and there is a garage with direct access into the cottage.
Newlands Cricket and Rugby Grounds, The Sports Science Centre, a
gym and a park, are all within walking distance. Easy access to
the freeway ( M5 ) with the city CBD, The V&A Waterfront, Cape
Town International Airport, beaches, golf courses, the
University of Cape Town and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens all
only 10 to 15 minutes drive away.
