Cottage 1  has small open plan sitting / dining room / kitchen and en suite bedroom with two single beds. Adjacent lock up carport. Ceiling fans in sitting & bedroom & air-conditioned bedroom
Cottage 2 larger but otherwise same as Cottage 1 above.
Upstairs suite is situated in main house built in 1912 and has twin adjacent bedrooms, both with common en suite bathroom with bath & separate shower. Two single beds in one room & single bed in other. Bedrooms are air-conditioned
Ruby suite is also upstairs in main house. Has large bedroom with air-conditioner and two single beds & en suite bathroom with bath & separate shower
Annexe adjoining the main house but with private entrance. Bedroom is air-conditioned with double brass bed & en suite bathroom with shower
Cottage 4 with small open plan kitchen dining & sitting; air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower
Arum cottage: largest accommodation, with spacious kitchen separated from open plan dining & sitting room. Bedroom with two single beds & en suite bathroom with bath & separate shower & toilet down passage. Sleeps up to 4 with beds in sitting room.
Yellow room has a small air-conditioned bedroom with double bed & en suite bathroom with shower.  Lock up garage available.
